W&M obtain a dismissal with prejudice for husband and wife accused by their neighbors of creating a nuisance, of trespassing, and of negligence in the maintenance of a large parcel of uninhabited land.
W&M obtains a dismissal in a medical malpractice action for a pediatric gastroenterologist who is accused of perforating a patient’s colon during a colonoscopy. The initial demand to settle the case was $1,000,000.00, but the case is ultimately dismissed prior to trial without any payment based upon the strength of the medical experts retained by W&M.

On the eve of trial, W&M obtain a dismissal and do not pay any form of monetary settlement on behalf of a wealthy client accused by ex-wife of transmitting an undisclosed sexually transmitted disease to her, thus allegedly resulting in her permanent disability and inability to work. The case was extremely contentious and was dismissed after aggressive discovery demonstrated that plaintiff was unfaithful during the marriage, and was also earning unreported income by working online for out-of-country clientele.
W&M negotiates a lease modification for a retail tenant in a shopping center.
W&M represents a commercial tenant who is sued for breach of lease and back rents. After moving the Court to bring the tenant out of default, W&M obtains a very favorable settlement to resolve all the claims.

W&M obtain dismissal with prejudice on the eve of trial in wrongful death and elder abuse case on behalf of nursing home physician accused of permitting a deadly dental tooth extraction to occur on a resident. W&M client is the only party in the litigation that does not settle out of the case.

After 2.5 hours of deliberation following a 12 day jury trial, Jeffrey A. Walker obtains an 11-1 Defense verdict on behalf of a pain management physician and his group in a malpractice action, wherein the 50+ year old female plaintiff alleged that the physician's cervical injections caused a spinal abscess and vertebral osteomyelitis, thus leaving her completely disabled.
W&M guided a home Owners Association through the process of a Board of Directors recall election.
